The Attic

JAPANDI | COMMERCIAL

This project transforms an attic with its triangular roofline into a serene Japandi-inspired hideaway. Bamboo furniture and light-toned woods set the stage for a space that feels both natural and intentional, where every detail enhances comfort and flow.

The layout caters to different moments and groups—intimate low-seated areas tucked beneath sloped ceilings, flexible tables for gatherings, and a generous bar island anchoring the café’s heart. A small zen garden sits beneath a shelving display, offering a subtle reminder of stillness in motion.

The design emphasizes practicality as much as atmosphere. A well-planned kitchen with ample storage supports smooth operations, while layered, dim mood lighting ensures the café feels warm and relaxed from day to night.

The result is a café that feels more like a retreat—an attic escape where community and calm naturally meet.
